Waterhouse Releases 5 New Index Funds

Yesterday, TD Waterhouse Group announced the addition of seven
house-brand no-load mutual funds to its list of mutual funds.
The new funds will be available only through TD Waterhouse and
require a minimum initial investment of $1,000. Five of the seven
new funds are index funds. They are:

"Competitively, these are among the lowest cost index funds available
and they are the lowest priced index funds in our no transaction
fee (NTF) network," said Peter Mangan, Chief Operating Officer
of Mutual Funds at TD Waterhouse
Group, Inc.
TD Waterhouse also launched two actively-managed
mutual funds, the TD Waterhouse Technology Fund and the TD Waterhouse
Tax Managed Growth Fund, which have expense ratios of 1.25% and
1.10%, respectively. These two funds will be managed by T. Rowe
Price Associates, Inc.
